Civil and Criminal Investigations

This service pertains mainly to law firms. ASG will locate and interview witnesses, then present the evidence and reports that are ready for court. In some cases, it is necessary to do general or video surveillance on subjects. We have investigators that have successfully completed the RCMP surveillance course and have over sixty years of combined investigative experience. We are associated with an expert sexual assault investigator.

Electronic Eavesdropping Detection

In the everyday world of Corporate Fraud and Industrial Espionage, you may find that your company has the need to hold very discreet and private meetings. We will arrange to do a complete electronic sweep of the premise whether it be in a home, office or convention centre.

Family Law

Child custody issues often arise during or after divorce proceedings. We have had numerous files where one parent's lawyer has hired our firm to investigate and surveil the other spouse. This usually occurs when the spouse feels that the person with custody of the children is an unfit parent and is not providing safe and adequate care. This is usually the result of drug and alcohol abuse or involvement in criminal activities in general.

We would conduct necessary interviews and surveillance as required.

We also provide supervised visitation escorts when the court orders an independent third party to be present during access visits.

Forensics

A.S.G. will arrange for DNA testing in paternity or family relationship issues and also link evidence to unsolved crimes. Our firm will also perform finger print comparisons and analysis as well as statement analysis

GPS Tracking

Internal Thefts

If you feel an employee may be stealing from your till or stealing merchandise in general, we can install covert cameras and record any transactions that might take place. We also offer statement analysis in certain circumstances.

We can provide polygraph testing for pre-employment interviews, as well as for criminal and civil cases. We can also provide statement analysis.

We have the latest video, camera and radio equipment and can present evidence on a VHS or DVD format.

If you feel you are being discriminated against in the workplace by fellow workers, your employer, or you are continually subjected to sexually harassing comments or actions, ASG will conduct an investigation and interviews to collect evidence to enable you to present it to the proper authorities.
